The Spectrum Network’s mission is to help individuals with cognitive disabilities, mental illness, and other barriers to independent living enter the workforce and the community.

The focus of The Spectrum Network is on increasing the independence of the people we work with. Through various programs in Winneshiek and Howard Counties in Northeast Iowa, The Spectrum Network serves adults with disabilities, mental illness, and others with barriers to work and life to lead more productive, independent lives.
Through continued growth, innovation and investment in our programs, we will continue to create customized solutions to meet the needs of the adults we serve and to enhance the communities where they live.
